Research On Regulatory Detailed Planning Of Yalong Bay National Park

Since the 1980s,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the National Park have played an important role in meeting people’s growing spiritual needs and promoting the development of local tourism.However,some units and individuals have been blindly developing and constructing for the pursuit of economic interests,causing serious damage to the resources of the National Park,and causing the cause of the National Park to fall into the vicious circle of interest development.The reason is mainly because the content determined by the detailed planning of the National Park lacks flexibility and is difficult to adapt to the market demand,which leads to the obstruction of planning and implementation,and it is difficult to effectively solve the problem of development and protection of the National Park.From the perspective of solving the problem of development and protection of the National Park,The thesis puts forward the National Park regulatory detailed planning as one of the types of the planning of the National Park,and plays an important role in the planning of the National Park.It can not only implement the requirements of the general planning of the National Park,but also arrange t he positioning,qualitative and quantitative of the planning function area,and guide the next planning layout and design of the construction land.It has strong control,guidance and flexibility.It can effectively compensate for the defect of detailed planning.The thesis studies the basic theories and methods of the National Park regulatory detailed planning,and believes that the compilation of the National Park is based on the resource values of sustainable development the National Park.The research content is the resource protection and utilization system of the National Park.The system is composed of scenic tour system,facility supporting system,resource protection and breeding system,environmental capacity system,land use coordination system,and landscape management system.Therefore,the National Park regulatory detailed planning is based on the theory of sustainable development and system theory;the research object of the National Park regulatory detai led planning is the resources of the National Park,and the basic methods of planning can be divided into two levels: system analysis and overall arrangement.Taking Yalong Bay National Park as an example,the principle of determining the framework of Yalong Bay National Park regulatory detailed planning control system is based on the theory of system theory and sustainable development theory.Based on the premise of protecting the resources of the National Park,the Yalong Bay National Park regulatory detailed planning is considered as a whole system.Six subsystems of land use,facility supporting,environmental capacity,resource protection and breeding,scenic tour and landscape management are taken as the main components of the control system.The control method includes land classification management and continuous interface control and guidance.The land classification is divided into construction land management and non-construction type land management and control.The continuous interface control guidance is mainly realized by controlling the landscape control of the important landscape interface in the National Park.
