With the economic and social development of Harbin,the roads in the central area and the peripheral areas have been unable to meet the needs of increasing traffic volume and become an important bottleneck restricting urban development.Zhengyi Road is an important passage connecting Harbin City to Nangang District and Pingfang District.Since the opening of Zhengyi Road,the traffic volume in the urban area has increased rapidly through Wenchang Bridge and Zhengyi Road to the bungalows.Serious traffic congestion has occurred at the intersection of Zhengyi Road and Baojian Road.The detention of vehicles in the direction of the city has affected the traffic operation in the urban area.It even caused large delays in other adjacent intersection vehicles.This paper studies the plan of the viaduct through the traffic survey and demand analysis of Zhengyi Road in Harbin.Firstly,the current situation of the traffic along the line and intersection of the Zhengyi Road was investigated.It was determined that the vehicle license plate-data entry-computer programming analysis method was used to obtain the OD information of the motor vehicle,and the current situation of the intersection was investigated by manual investigation.In the OD survey,six survey sections were set up.28 high-definition high-speed cameras were used to record vehicle licenses,and vehicle license information was manually counted.The license plate numbers were summarized according to the import and export numbers,and the data was managed and analyzed using Excel's VB language programming.Then analyze the traffic status of the affected area of the project.The status quo,planning and implementation status of urban roads,bridges and tunnels in Harbin were reviewed,and the status and planning of regional traffic and municipal infrastructure directly affected by the project were reviewed.In addition,based on traffic survey,the traffic volume changes of various sections and the traffic volume changes at intersections were analyzed,and the traffic distribution of traffic volume at various sections and intersections was mastered.In addition,an OD analysis was performed on the newly added traffic volume of each section.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the current situation of traffic,three kinds of viaduct starting point schemes are proposed and traffic volume trials are carried out respectively.The advantages and disadvantages of the three schemes are compared and finally selected as the starting point before the Xuefusi Street and after the Baojian road end.For the scheme,specific designs such as ramp design and lane number setting were carried out.Finally,the target annual traffic volume is predicted,and the design plan meets the demand for traffic growth in the future.Through the above research,it is hoped that the current situation of the congestion of Zhengyi Road can be alleviated and the operation efficiency of the Zhengyi Road can be improved.
