In order to solve the problem of reducing the damage of vibration,noise and eccentric wear to the performance and service life of precision bearing with high speed,this paper does some research to the processing technology of the bearing cage,the calibration of dynamic balance and control technology,and It can use the theory of dynamic balance to analyze the factor of affecting the initial dynamic unbalance volume of the bearing cage and affecting the calibration precision of dynamic balance.And Some particular control measure can be taken for the effective factor to the course of working of the bearing cage and the course of dynamic balance calibration.These are detailed research as follows.First,based on the analysis of the processing technic about the cage,some technical project of affecting the initial dynamic unbalance volume of the bearing cage is concluded and summarized.For the different processing scheme of typical structure of the cage,it can be analyzed from the processing way,processing parameter,frock optimization,course control and so on,take some particular processing technical measure,and improve the precision of the machining and initial dynamic balance.Second,some research can be done to the calibration technology dynamic unbalance volume of the bearing cage,analyze the factor of affecting the calibration precision of dynamic balance,and analyze from improving the sensitivity of the balance machine,frock optimization of the dynamic balance and optimization of balance mode,take detailed calibration measure,and improve the accuracy of dynamic balance calibration of the cage.Third,through the data of the percent of pass of the initial dynamic unbalance volume on the cage finished product.It proved to be effective and practical for these measure.Through the improvement of the test appratus for the bearing,the precision process of the cage,processing method,the standard of thedynamic balance machine and the operation method of the dynamic balance.are standardizedFinally,combined with the development of the high technology,we have a good prospect for the processing technology and the dynamic balance control technology on aeronautic engine,other coreless axle part processing and dynamic balance calibration.
