To fundamentally resolve the noise problem, the dynamic analysis of rolling bearings must be considered. Through the simulation of the dynamic model, some expensive experiments could be replaced and the high-performance, low-noise bearings could be designed. With the requirements of the bearings' performance getting strict increasingly, dynamic analysis becomes essential. Companies abroad such as NSK and FAG, etc have developed the packages which are used internally for verification of their bearing designs. At present in domestic, the Multi-freedom ball bearing's dynamic analysis hasn't been fully studied. As the beginning of the studying on the noise of high-speed bearing, the measurement methods on noise are introduced firstly, and then the development of dynamic analysis is also introduced in the first chapter. In the situation of fully development of EHL, there are some problems in the study of solid lubrication cage of the high-speed bearing and the methods of calculating the friction coefficient and the wear rate.On the basis of the predecessors, quasi-static analysis is calculated in the way of space coordinates in the second chapter. The two movement equations are also introduced in this chapter, one is the mass center movement equation, and another is the rotation movement. In the third chapter, the interactive relationships are introduced, and then the models of the ball and races are established through these relationships, the ball and cage, races and cage collision. Two types of bearings are considered, the deep groove ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings. As a preparation for dynamic analysis, the quasi static analysis is described in the forth chapter. In the fifth chapter, the numerical calculation methods such as Runge Kutta Felbrg, etc are introduced. On the other hand, the Hertz contact theory is introduced as the contact model.hi the sixth chapter, the simulation package BA for bearing performance is programmed. The instruction of the usage and the functions of the modules are introduced. The user-programmable part is reserved for extension. At last, in some given working conditions, the design's dynamic performance is observed through the program simulation of both deep groove ball and cylindrical roller bearings. The list of parameters is provided in the Appendix.
