Research On Design Of Outdoor Barrier-frss Facilities In Harbin Elderly Community

Under the background of the aging of China's population,the elderly community has become an emerging living mode that adapts to the current aging population.The outdoor barrier-free environment of the elderly in the elderly community has gradually been valued by the society.Although the research on barrier-free design has been in place for a long time at home and abroad,the special research results for the elderly communities in the cold regions are few,but the barrier-free facilities in the elderly communities in China's cold cities are generally lacking in continuity and hierarchy,and there are potential safety hazards.And the problem of poor climate adaptability,how to adapt to the barrier-free design strategies and methods of the elderly communities in cold cities,is a difficult point in the development of barrier-free design in China.In view of the above problems,this paper selects Harbin as the research object,and analyzes the design points of the barrier-free facilities in the elderly community.First of all,this paper sorts out the development of the elderly community in the cold city,and summarizes the results of academic research,regulations and engineering practices at home and abroad.Secondly,introduce the theory of active aging theory,general design theory,ergonomics,environmental psychology,etc.,classify and analyze the characteristics and needs of the elderly,and summarize the components,influence drivers and design points of the outdoor space barrier-free facilities in the elderly community.And summarized the status quo of barrier-free facilities in Harbin.Thirdly,based on field research,data statistics were collected on the outdoor barrier-free facilities of the elderly community in Harbin.Through the analysis and comparison of the survey data,the root causes behind the status quo were obtained,in order to propose design strategies for various problems.Finally,the four principles of outdoor barrier-free facilities design for elderly communities in Harbin are proposed for the status quo: continuity,regionality,orientation,life cycle principles,and five strategies and methods: continuous hierarchical system construction,climate enhancement Adaptation design,upgrading facility design standards,applying new barrier-free facilities,and raising awareness of supervision and maintenance,combined with design strategies and methods,reconstructed the Tieling community in Harbin.From the practical point of view,based on the close combination of research data and related data,the paper fully considers the climate characteristics of Harbin's geographical location,and proposes methods and strategies to adapt to the barrier-free design of the elderly community in Harbin,in order to improve the quality of life of the elderly.It will broaden our horizons for China's cold-accessible design and provide assistance for future research.
