Bridge cranes which commonly known as “traffic” have been widely used in many enterprises,including domestic and foreign enterprises.The application of bridge cranes not only improves the production efficiency of the workshop,but also make people's work easier,it has also played an important role for the development of transport machinery at the same time.The bridge crane plays an significant role in the development of the world industry and the modern industrial revolution.With the development of industrialization and information technology,people need the bridge crane be the high reliability,more lightweight structure,intelligent and humane direction,not only satisfied with the previous requirements for bridge cranes.Designing and analysis of bridge crane structure and dynamic performance,not only rely on the accumulation of experience,but also the need for relevant data and theoretical support,but this can only be done in the product to the scene to test,not only a waste of time,but also a waste of resources,making the relevant product development cycle stretched.At present,the structural design of the bridge crane and the related dynamic structure are mainly done by CAD and CAE software with the help of multi-body dynamics software which can quickly analyze the structure of the relevant mechanical properties and save time and expense.In this paper,through a variety of software integration,make full use of the characteristics of the relevant software to complete the bridge crane mechanical performance analysis.The main job is following as:Combined with the relevant manual standard,the structural design of the bridge crane,the selection of the rope,the selection of the pulley group,the choice of the hook,the determination of the motor power and other related basic parameters of the parameters were calculated and verified,so as to ensure the reliability of structural design reliability.The CAD model of the overhead crane is established by using the solid 3D modeling software such as Solidworks,and according to the relevant installation requirements and size requirements,it was to complete the bridge crane model of the assembly work and the model of the interference was checked to ensure the reliability of follow-up analysis.Based on the theory of finite element analysis,ABAQUS software is used to analyze the static characteristics of the bridge crane's the main components,and the deformation of the relevant parts and the whole machine is obtained.When the rated load is in the middle position of the main beam of the bridge crane,the deformation of the main beam is 29.24 mm.The modal analysis of the bridge crane machine is carried out,and the natural frequency and the relevant vibration mode of the bridge crane are obtained.At the same time,we can get the verification of experience design by the comparison of the corresponding result with the theoretical results.The development of bridge cranes can be promoted by the means of Finite element analysis technique.The dynamics of the bridge crane is analyzed by the theory of kinetic analysis and the advantage of ADAMS software in dynamics,so that the instantaneous impact vibration displacement of the bridge crane lifting load is 45.6mm.The transient impact process of the overhead crane is analyzed by ADAMS software,and the conclusion is given has practical guidance.Aiming at the optimization of the partial structure of the overhead crane,the connection beam of the overhead crane is analyzed and optimized by using the relevant theory to reduce the weight 5kg of the structure and improve the structural rigidity.In this paper,the correlation analysis shows that the use of CAD and CAE software to build bridge crane three-dimensional model is correct,and the simulation of cranes is feasible by using multi-body dynamics theory.Simultaneously,the product of cycle and cost can be greatly reduced which can be conducive to ensuring product safety and reliability.through computer simulation technology.
