The water problem emerged in Chinese cities is so severe that,the rainwater management realized merely depending on infrastructure construction and municipal pipe design standard cannot meet the demands of modern cities anymore.For this reason,many developed countries and regions start to reflect and implement new-type rainfall flood management concept and method.Combining with the park landscape system of urban green space,the rainwater cyclic process under natural state is simulated.Meanwhile,manual methods are supported to realize the construction target of "sponge city" where rainwater is stored,infiltrated,purified,reused and slowly discharged.Based on the profound analysis of connotation,theoretical foundation and construction content of sponge city,this paper sorted out the concept of urban sponge network.Through the analysis of function sponge network,it concluded the components of sponge city network.On this basis,the idea that sponge city network consists of urban water storage system,water treatment system and sponge body was proposed,the specific contents were analyzed,and the approach of constructing sponge city network came up.Taking the central city area as research object,this paper analyzed the overall situation of Suihua.By means of analyzing locational conditions,climate,terrain,soil and hydrology,and combining with field research,this paper objectively evaluated the status of sponge network in Suihua and found out the problems.Based on the problems in Suihua sponge network,the corresponding planning target as well as principle was raised.Besides,considering the requirement of master plan,the planning implementation hierarchy was analyzed from macroscopic,medium and microscopic hierarchies.After the design of catchment partition and runoff control,collation of water storage system,water treatment system and sponge body in Suihua,the specific planning strategy was put forward.This paper adopted this planning to guide the countermeasures of sponge city construction in Suihua,which also provided reference for the construction of sponge city in similar regions and promoting urban sustainable development. |
