With the sustained and rapid development of our country’s economy,the hydraulic climbing template(abbreviation of hydraulic climbing formwork)as a kind of advanced construction technology has been widely used in main structure construction of high-rise building.However,hydraulic climbing formwork engineering always tends to be the project of large scale and high risk.Hydraulic climbing formwork construction cannot meet the existing needs in the moment,and there are security risks that cannot be ignored.Therefore,we must attach great importance to the problems in the design and use of the process.Further studies are necessary for the system,in terms of convenience and safety improvements.This paper discusses the improvement of the safety and structural innovation of the hydraulic climbing formwork,it develops and applies a new intelligent hydraulic climbing template.At present,the existing hydraulic climbing formwork climbs synchronously,there are not reasonable solutions on below questions: whether the level difference exceeds the normative reference range and the working process of the cylinder,whether the load exceeds the design value,how to deal with the problem beyond the design value.In view of the above problems,synchronous closed-loop control system of PLC(programmable logic controller,which is the abbreviation of the first English word of Programmable Logic Controller)is used to realize intelligent control of synchronous climbing.The device could monitor and automatic control synchronization and load of each climbing seat by using micro-computer,which can display real-time load value for each seat,with overload and load loss alarm and auto stop function.This article on the structural upgrade of the human and cargo lifts in the hydraulic climbing formwork for a pioneering application of research,can effectively solve the vertical traffic problems of personnel and small materials in the climbing mode,which turns to be a new breakthrough of application of hydraulic climbing formwork products,it can bring great convenience to on-site construction.To ensure the safety of the hydraulic climbing formwork,this paper strictly follows the requirements of the relevant specifications of the hydraulic climbing formwork,and uses the finite element calculation software MIDAS to perform the design calculation on the hydraulic climbing formwork to make sure that the system can satisfy the requirements of strength,stiffness and stability in the construction state,climbing state,and shutdown state.This performance assures the sufficient safety reserves of this system.This paper uses the construction of a core tower structure of a tower in Shenzhen as a reference for this project.It analyzes and explains the project’s basic overview,construction characteristics and difficulties,climbing pattern solutions,and solutions for solving complex nodes.The article also concludes the key points of hydraulic core climbing formwork construction during core cylinder construction,which provides a reliable case for the design and construction of a system similar to the climbing formwork that used for super high buildings.
