The lifting and changing mechanism is an important component of the tower crane.Its performance directly affects the performance of the crane,and its safety and reliability are directly related to the service life and personal safety of the whole equipment.With the development of economy,the large boom tower crane is developing towards a lightweight and efficient way.The lifting weight is bigger and bigger,and the lifting height is higher and higher.This will require higher performance of the hoisting system.This paper comes from the practical application of the project.With the development of the engineering construction,a new type of high lift height boom type tower crane is needed in the construction of a new type 1000 MW supercritical and super critical large power station tower type furnace.Through the analysis of the hoisting scheme,the company plans to develop the FZQ2520 type large movable arm type of the Shandong high exchange equipment technology.Tower crane.This paper mainly analyzes the hoisting scheme of the tower type furnace of 1000 MW supercritical and ultra supercritical power station,and determines the design points of the lifting and amplitude changing mechanism of the FZQ2520 type large boom type tower crane,and determines the design case of the main driving forms and layout forms,and the reel of the lifting mechanism and the amplitude variable mechanism.The design analysis and selection of key components,such as motor,coupling and wire rope,are carried out,and the main force components such as the main hoisting drum and the auxiliary hoist drum are analyzed by the finite element method.The stress distribution and deformation of von Mises under different working conditions were analyzed,and the design results were verified,and the local optimization was carried out.The design and analysis of the hoisting and luffing mechanism of the FZQ2520 large boom type tower crane is completed,and the actual engineering problems are solved.
