Hydraulic system provides power for the control of the civil aircraft.The performance of the hydraulic system has an important influence on the flight performance and flight safety of civil aircraft.Hydraulic integrated management control is an important method to improve the safety of civil aircraft hydraulic system.An embedded control system of hydraulic integrated management is designed and developed according to the hydraulic integrated management control requirements of a civil aircraft,based on dual-CPU redundancy structure.It has good fault tolerance and control performance.According to the structural characteristics and functional requirements of the civil aircraft's hydraulic system,the general design of control system is carried out.It includes designing the integrated management control scheme for the hydraulic system,determining the control system's redundancy scheme based on dual-CPU dynamic redundancy and hot standby switching mode,designing the control system's BIT scheme and determining the control system's general design scheme.Based on the general design scheme of the system,the hardware and software design of the embedded control system is carried out.The CPUs of the hardware are two LPC4088FBD208 chips,which are based on the ARM Cortex-M4 core.Through dual-port RAM and CPLD,dual-CPU communication and arbitration switching are implemented.The system also has independent power supply circuit,A/D converter and a variety of communication interfaces such as ARINC429.The software part of the system is designed in a modular and hierarchical way.It consists of three modules: system management,redundant fault-tolerant and hydraulic integrated management control.After completing the hardware and software design of the control system,the reliability of the Dual-CPU redundant control system is calculated and simulated based on the Markov model.In order to test and verity the performance of dual CPU redundancy control system,the basic function test,fault-tolerant function test and hydraulic integrated management control function test of the system are conducted respectively.The test results demonstrate that the redundancy control system has good fault-tolerant ability and control performance.
