Chinese automobile industry started in 1953 after the establishment of new China,although the development time of Chinese automobile industry is short than the developed countries like Europe,the United States and Japan,but the development of Chinese automobile industry has been booming due to the rapid economic development of China since the reform and opening-up and the large population base.China is now the world’s biggest automobile consumer and producer,and the automobile industry has become one of the most important pillar industries in China.Based on the above background,this article take Lianyungang J automobile sales and service co.,LTD as the research object for making a deep research and analysis of the company’s external macro environment,industry environment and internal environment,and expounding the company’s business strategy formulation and implementation process.Firstly,this article introduces the research background,significance,purpose,content and method,and a brief introduction to the current situation of the development of the foreign automobile industry,the present situation and deficiency of the domestic automobile industry.Secondly,this article analyzes the macro environment and industry environment of Lianyungang J automobile sales and Service Co.,Ltd by using the PEST analysis method and Potter’s five forces analysis method.Thirdly,this article introduces the current situation and existing problems of the company,and then analyzes the internal environment of the company by using SWOT analysis method.Finally,this article determines the company’s future development goals,set the threat analysis optimization of brand strategy,expand the after-sales business strategy,service strategy,differentiation strategy and Internet strategy,and puts forward the concrete implementation method for the company.I hope that the analysis and research can provide the ideal strategy for the future development of Lianyungang J automobile sales and Service Co.,Ltd,and provide some reference value for the formulation of the management strategy of other automobile Sales Service Co.
