| Few people pay attention to the pump industry while it is a subdivision of the general machinery industry.Pump provides a lot of convenience to our life and work environment.Comparing with the famous foreign pump brand,domestic pump brands develop very slowly,There is a big gap between the domestic and import pump brand in design innovation ability and product quality.With the increasing awareness of sustainable development of water resources and environmental protection by domestic political opinion,it is imperative to develop an independent innovative pump brand to improve the efficiency of pump and reduce the energy consumption of pump operation.In this thesis,firstly,the background,development history and current situation of the pump industry were discussed.Based on this,the purpose and significance of this study were proposed,and the research topic was determined to be the optimization and strategy of the business model of the third-party after-sales service platform of G pump company.Then,by analyzing the current situation of G company’s after-sales service and problems currently,it points out the direction for the following suggestions on optimization of new innovative business model.Then,the feasibility of implementing the third party after-sales service platform and the great prospect of market development were discussed,and the bottleneck of the existing business model is pointed out.In order to change the current situation of the existing business model,the market segmentation strategy and implementation strategy of the third-party after-sales service platform were discussed from the perspective of strategic development.At the same time,it also puts forward the core idea of optimizing the existing business model and the optimized business model canvas.Finally,the thesis also gives suggestion on the implementation of the business model.Through the establishment of learning organization,the organization can establish a unified ideology and values.Establish industry competition barriers through IT input;Through the implementation of the business strategy of Amoeba,the win-win business strategy of individuals and organizations can be realized.Hopefully,this thesis can provide brand development and innovation ideas for domestic pump manufacturing enterprises as reference. |
