With the rapid development of economy and the progress of science and technology,kitchen appliance market also has grown dramatically and has been facing with fierce competition in china.This market is led by major brands including ROBAM,MIDEA,FOTILE,which have their own competitive advantages.How an enterprise stands out in the fierce competition is closely related to its marketing system.The establishment of the marketing system is an important aspect to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,and the sales channel is an extremely important part of the marketing system.Therefore,agents as a part of the sales channel of enterprises are indispensable.The role of agents is to help enterprises quickly occupy the market,expand market share,accelerate the reflow of sales income,simplify management and flat channels in a short time,so strengthening the management of agents has become an important part of enterprise management.In the management of agents,incentive is an important part of the management of agents.Appropriate incentive strategies can enable agents to achieve balanced development,which can not only meet the needs of enterprise market development,but also enable agents to achieve long-term development.At present,most of the incentives for agents are management incentives and reward incentives,but these two methods have their own advantages and disadvantages.How to effectively combine the two methods,optimize the incentive strategy,promote the advantages and avoid the disadvantages,through the research this paper writer found the agent equity incentive strategy.In order to study the effect of agent equity incentive,this paper selects ROBAM for case analysis.In the case of ROBAM,agent equity incentive strategy is adopted to closely link the interests of agents with the overall interests of the company.At the same time,this article not only analysis of vertically the market performance,financial indicators such an enterprise's operating capacity and profitability of ROBAM's agent equity incentive plan,it also horizontal comparison analysis the profitability and reflow of sales income of ROBAN and six kitchen companies without agent equity incentive program.Finally,it reaches the following conclusions:(1)Agent equity incentive has a positive impact on the financial situation of enterprises;(2)Agent equity incentive plays a significant role in improving business performance;(3)The implementation of agent equity incentive has a significant market reaction effect;(4)Equity incentive for agents has a significant incentive effect on corporate agents.Finally,the study of this paper will play a certain role in guiding Chinese enterprises to implement the agent equity incentive plan in the future.In addition,it will also promote the further enrichment and improvement of China's equity incentive system.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in:(1)The novelty of research subject.Effect of agent equity incentive on enterprise performance.(2)Through vertical analysis on the effect of ROBAM's agent equity incentive plan,the Contrast is more intuitive.(3)Through horizontal comparison analysis on the effect of ROBAM and six major kitchen companies without agent equity incentive program,we can fully prove the effectiveness of the agent equity incentives by ROBAM.(4)The horizontal indicator analysis uses advance payment and the net cash flow from operating activities,to analyze the unique incentive effect of ROBAM's agent equity incentives plan.
