The Research Of Diesel Locomotive Control System Based On PLC

This paper mainly establishes the logic control system of diesel locomotive based on PLC.In this paper,based on our company's DF8 B diesel locomotive,adopts PLC technology to transform the locomotive control system.The research contents of this paper mainly include the following aspects:1.The paper firstly analyzes the control system of the DF8 B diesel engine.Analysis the control strategy of the original control system.2.Based on the analysis of the circuit analysis of DF8 B diesel locomotive,the research of PLC control and modification is carried out.According to the logic control system requirements,the PLC type selection,allocation of input and output points,and external auxiliary device selection and application of the research are carried on.And the hardware circuit of PLC control system is designed.3.According to locomotive control principle,the PLC programming is carried out.Program mainly implements diesel engine start-stop control,locomotive load control.The paper focuses on the research and design of the control strategy of the motor vehicle's constant work traction,puts forward the PID control method based on PLC language,and uses the CX-simulator module in OMRON PLC programming software to carry out the simulation study,and correct the errors in the programming language simulation.4.By setting up the experimental platform,we tested the control system.In this paper,the control circuit based on relay control and the newly designed control circuit based on PLC control are analyzed and compared.The reliability research tool of the circuit system is used to study and calculate the circuit reliability.Through research and analysis of this article,the establishment of a diesel locomotive control system based on PLC control,put forward the corresponding control scheme and strategy,a new type of diesel locomotive control system than before with the improvement of many sided,mainly reflects the reliability,maintainability,scalability,etc.
