With the development of infrastructure and the improvement of people's living standards, the influence of noise pollution on people's work and life and health has become a major environmental problem in city, residential buildings are in dire need of high sound insulation walls. The sound insulation performance of partition mainly depends on its surface density, which require heavy material and require no pore or aperture sealing structure. It's difficult to process or construct.Traditional brick wall partitions have a lot of construction difficulties and take up large residence space, which is not beautiful. Therefore, development of new plasterboard partition wall is of great significance.Research for plasterboard partition mainly concentrated in the following aspects, including the effect of plasterboard material and thickness on the partition performance, the effect of the thickness of the cavity between the partition walls on the properties of partition wall sound insulation, the effect of the fill glass wool between light steel keel partition on the sound insulation performance. But the use of laminated composite gypsum board instead of the single plasterboard as wrapping material has not been reported. The current test method of partition wall sound insulation performance is usually in the reverberation room, which is more timeconsuming and need to build big samples.Using impedance tube test with small sample can not only save a lot of manpower, but also can repeat the experiment at the same time, which can guide the optimization of the laminated composite material and the design of the seal structure more accurate. This paper mainly research acoustic performance of the cladding panels of gypsum composite partition and splicing aperture, including the sound transmission loss of the laminated composite gypsum board structure and the plasterboard aperture. We also study the influence of sealing strip shape and installation to the plasterboard sound insulation performance. The study of laminated composite gypsum board is mainly using the theoretical calculation and the impedance tube test.We combine the acoustic curve of single, double and sandwich plasterboard and respectively discuss the sound insulation performance of plasterboard structure. The comparing between theoretical calculation and experimental test shows that the sound insulation performance improve with the increase of the thickness of gypsum board, also the calculating critical frequency and sound insulation index is consistent with the experimental results.A layer thickness of 1 mm GSGN material between double plasterboard can improve sound insulation index about 2-3 dB.The study of plasterboard aperture processing is firstly calculating theoretical sound insulation of gap,and then compare the plasterboard acoustic curve between the single slit and the double slit which test by the impedance tube method.Calculation results show that the existence of the gap will reduce overall component sound insulation index mainly in low frequency and in high frequency, which is verified by reverberation chamber test. The SRI of seamless plasterboard integral component is higher than seam plasterboard 12 dB.The SRI of slit increase 2 dB with the gypsum board thickness increase 3 mm,and the first resonance frequency corresponding to the downturn of the acoustic curve will left with the increase of the thickness.Contrasting curve found that a gap with 0.5% of the total area can reduce the SRI about 5-7 dB;The SRI of the partition wall is best when the spacing between the slits is equal to the thickness of the component. The study of sealing strip shape and installation is firstly using the impedance tube method, and then is validated with the test of reverberation chamber. Finally we found that the slit plasterboard structure clipping into the sealing strip increases average sound insulation index2-5 dB,while the h sealing strip is best. The sound insulation index of plasterboard integral component with hermetic seal increases about 6-7 dB.When the air layer space between plasterboard increases from 75 mm to 75 mm,the overall SRI of component increases by about 1-2 dB.The SRI of 113 mm thick plasterboard integral components with h sealing strip sealed is higher than the 123 mm thick plasterboard with wet plaster sealed by 1 dB,which shows that sealing strip is superior to the traditional moisture gypsum cream sealing.
