With the development of aviation industry,the design requirements of flight control system are getting higher.The flight control system based on PID is very complex,and there are also plenty of parameters to be adjust.So the disadvantages of PID controllers is increasingly evident.Model Predictive Control algorithm(MPC)can handle multivariable constrained control problems easily and have high control performance.Traditional software development method has many weakness,such as low efficiency,long cycle,high error rate and difficult to modify,and can not meet the requirement of modern complex flight control software development.SCADE uses “Y” type development method based on model design without manual coding.So it can greatly improve the development efficiency,speed up the development progress and save money.The focus of this paper is flight control system designing based on model predictive control and verifying in SCADE.The work of this paper includes: Establishing a six-degree of freedom aircraft model based on Boeing 747-400 and linearization;flight controller is designed based on PID and MPC respectively;The controller based on PID includes three parts: stabilization control of pitch angle,control of height and auto throttle;The two control strategies of MPC are compared and analyzed in detail,and we built simulation model in MATLAB / Simulink;Doing six different simulation experiments using three algorithms in two different flight mission and analyzing the simulation results in three different views;Building aircraft model and controller model in SCADE Suite and doing both model verification and formal verification;Generating code using its code generator;Building a PFD in SCADE Display and doing co-simulation to verify the feasibility of project.The research indicates that flight control system based on MPC can handle multivariable constrained control problems and is better than PID;The flight control software developed in SCADE meets the requirements,proving that the technical route and the implementation scheme adopted in this paper are feasible and effective.
