Loess roller compacted dam as an effective soil-and-water conservation measures in loess hilly and gully region,can not only silt up land for farming,but also effectively intercept sediment,which is of great significance to the ecological environment and local economic development.Its construction organization design is of guiding significance to the construction of the project site and provides a strong guarantee for the smooth progress of the project.Its importance is self-evident.However,the current construction units are more based on experience to compile plans,lack of accurate calculation.Therefore,how to accurately calculate the design scheme and optimize the scheme is still a topic worthy of exploration.Firstly,on the basis of construction organization design,this paper concretizes these evaluation indexes,and establish the evaluation index system.Meanwhile,through the integrated analysis and research of the previous evaluation methods,a Topsis evaluation method based on the analytic hierarchy process is formulated.Then,on the basis of studying and analyzing the construction technology of loess roller compacted dam,the simulation model of construction system is established by using simulation software.Finally,the optimization method and simulation model are applied to the construction example of the dam.And obtain the optimal scheme by evaluating and optimizing three existing construction organization design schemes.Different construction machinery allocation plans are simulated,and the optimal mechanical allocation and time schedule of Yangjuangou loess roller compacted dam project are obtained through comparative analysis,so as to achieve the purpose of construction efficiency and duration optimization.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation method is practical,objective and scientific.The simulation results are in line with the actual situation of the project,and have the effect of shortening the construction period and improving the construction efficiency.It is of great significance to guide the construction of loess roller compacted dam.
