In 1988,under the background of reform and opening up,China built its first expressway.Then the construction of Expressway increases exponentially.By the end of2016,China’s total mileage of expressways(kilometers)exceeded 130,000 kilometers,ranking first in the world.Road open to traffic,road surface directly affected by the traffic load and natural environment factors of comprehensive,plus at the beginning of the highway construction in our country too pay attention to the number and ignore the quality of the construction,lead to the service life of highway far below the design service life,cause serious economic loss in highway construction and adverse social impact.Based on LW expressway asphalt pavement construction project,combined with modern advanced quality management experience and methods,focusing on the construction technology of Expressway Asphalt Pavement(especially SMA pavement),this is adopts the method of total quality management to study the whole construction process of LW Expressway Asphalt pavement,especially in the three stages of construction,construction and post-construction.Carry out quality control and adopt scientific quality control tools and methods to ensure the construction quality of Expressway Asphalt pavement.Before construction,the construction personnel,construction technology,materials used in the project,production mix ratio,machinery and equipment are effectively managed;during the construction process,the factors affecting the construction quality and production gradation are comprehensively controlled;after construction,the problems arising in the actual construction process are summarized and fed back to the scheme to improve the quality of asphalt pavement.This project ensures the construction quality of LW Expressway Asphalt Pavement and achieves the goal of quality assurance and excellence.At the same time,I hope that through this study,it can provide some reference for other expressway asphalt pavement construction tools. |
