The elevator system is a standard vertical transportation system for high-rise buildings.The operating efficiency of the elevator is very important for the daily operation of the building.Reasonable elevator configuration can reasonably distribute the flow of people through the use of elevators.Reasonable elevator capacity dispatching technology can improve elevator operating efficiency,improve passenger comfort,shorten the waiting time and reduce building energy consumption.This paper introduces the principle and implementation of the destination floor group control system,which is one of the modes of group control system.And then the paper analyses the differences between this destination floor group control system and other group control modes and elaborates its advantages over the previous group control modes.By analyzing the actual working conditions of traffic flow and the practical application significance of the system,the paper puts forward that there is an efficiency bottleneck in the elevator calling and floor selection steps in the peak period.This phenomenon is reflected that in the peak period,passengers need to queue up to operate the registration device.Due to design limitations,the general floor registration devices are mostly combined button operations,resulting in longer floor registration time.After the floor selection,the system calculates the optimal waiting ladder number,and then the passengers are instructed to move to the designated elevator.Although the destination floor group control technology itself can improve the elevator capacity,with large flow of passengers in short time,there will be cases where passengers miss the elevator due to the delay in floor registration time.Thereby the utilization rate of the elevator is reduced which leads to reduction of the transportation efficiency.It can be understood from the phenomenon that in the floor selection step,the system destination floor input is physically serial input,but comparing to the elevator control system,the system itself is sufficient to process parallel input information due to the performance of the processor.Changing the input mode from serial to parallel is the most straightforward and effective way to solve this engineering problem.In consideration of the cost of equipment and the low passenger density during off-peak hours,adding floor selection equipment will lead to more unnecessary waste of cost.By using the wireless transmission technology and combing with the advantage of smart phone hardware,it can help to fulfill a good balance between the elevator calling function and cost input.The main work of this paper is to design and develop a wireless transceiver suitable for data transformation between the elevator CAN bus and Bluetooth module to realize circuit schematic design and PCB layout design.The CAN bus terminal is connected with the elevator destination floor group control device,and the Bluetooth wireless signal is connected with the mobile phone Bluetooth module,the signals received are screened,filtered,combined and forwarded by the processor,then the two-way data transmission function is realized.To develop a type of software based on Bluetooth technology for search,pairing,and data transmission on the smart phone side,and then develop a similar man-machine as that of the destination floor selector on the smart phone,in the screen-touch mode,it can realize floor selections and displays showing elevator member assigned by the system.Furthermore,this paper designs a reasonable and scientific communication protocol for the entire transmission system to make all hardware interconnected.
