The traditional elevator group control system uses the calling board as the calling device,but the system cannot obtain the number of passengers and the target floor in advance.In order to optimize the dispatching control of the elevator,this paper puts forward an elevator group control system based on destination scheduling.The system uses the touch-screen as the passenger calling device,gets the running status of the elevator by the car communication board and deal with the scheduling algorithm based on the elevator group control module,combine with the communication timing synchronization technology,realizes the optimization scheduling of the control system.The main contents of the research in this paper are as follows:1)By analyzing the structure characteristics,assessment index and common scheduling principles of existing group control systems,a multi-objective scheduling algorithm was designed,and a new elevator group control system with the convenience for passengers' target floor reservation and optimized elevator group scheduling was presented..2)An intelligent elevator reservation system with touch screen was studied and designed.The target floor reservation operation can be done through this system.The requests from passengers were preprocessed,and group control state information synchronously updated,achieving a simple and intuitive way of notification.The amount of data processing was effectively reduced and the performance of system response was greatly improved due to the preprocess mechanism.3)A group control module with M052 processor was designed,in which the multi?objective elevator scheduling algorithm was applied.According to the connections of group control system modules,the "multi-master-slave" mode was proposed based on RS485's "single-master multi-slave" mode.The group control modules' synergistic control was achieved.The communication protocol between various functional modules was formulated and synchronization sequence between modules was designed to ensure the normal operation of the group control system.4)Through the utilization of the target floor reservation system and group control module system,a new elevator group control system experimental platform was established to perform the group control system scheduling testing and data analysis.The test results show that the new group control system is feasible and able to correctly implement the given tasks.
