Abstract/Summary:
Our country has vigorously promoted the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in recent years,to reduce the use of fossil fuels.It is available to improve the utilization efficiency of primary energy,which is important to realize energy conservation,environment protection and green development,and regional energy projects have been rapidly developed in our country.The combined heat and power generation cogeneration installed capacity achieved 356 million kwh in 2016,and the generator set with the fuel of coal accounted for the vast majority.Regional energy technology represented by regional energy cooling,heating and power triple generation system started late in our country,with less applications,and the triple generation based on natural gas is the main method in practical applications.Although natural gas is featured with cleanness and environmental protection,it has disadvantages such as less air storage,high price,narrow application ranges and uneven distribution.However,as the dominating energy,coal occupies at least 70% in primary energy structure in our country,with characteristics such as wide distribution,large quantity of waste heat,strong adaption,low cost and not bad environmental protection effect.Therefore,with respect to existing coal-fired power plants and those upgraded with super capacity,it is important to further improve the utilization rate of primary energy in coal-fired power generation and research on cooling,heating and power triple generation based on coal-fired power generation,which has wide application prospects.By taking Fuping thermal power plant in design as the energy power station,which provides users in Fuping High-tech District with products of power,heating and cooling,this article researches the regional energy combined cooling,heating and power scheme with the power source of coal-fired power plants and evaluates the scheme.Firstly,domestic and overseas regional energy power,heating and cooling supply,as well as development status of combined utilization of different energies are introduced in this article,indicating the necessity of the research on the regional energy combined cooling,heating and power supply system.In addition,technologies related to cooling,heating and power triple generation are introduced.Secondly,in combination of basic conditions and planning requirements of Fuping High-tech District,the demands on power,heating and cooling in the high-tech district are analyzed,to acquire data about energy loads.Next,according to practical demands of the high-tech district,the power,heating and cooling supply scheme based on the coal-fired generator sets is proposed,and the optimization or extension scheme according to medium and long term demands is also proposed in this article.Besides,according to the energy load data,the energy utilization efficiency of power,heating and cooling supply is calculated,to acquire the primary energy utilization efficiency of the system as 71.568%.Finally,the influences of environments,economy,material and energy with the 4F-LCA model are calculated,illustrating the superior indicators of the cooling,heating and power triple generation system by making comparisons with the centralized heating method combined with heat and power generation,to show the advantages of the cooling,heating and power triple generation and the large-scale coal-fired power plants.
