| The gas turbine pulse self-cleaning intake system belongs to a single-stage filtration system,and the filter element is mostly a cartridge filter with plant fiber as the main filter media.Due to the uncontrollable use environment,the single-stage filtration system of the gas turbine frequently has a shortened life of the filter element during operation,and the service life is even only half of the design life.The fundamental way to solve this problem is to expand or increase the pre-filter unit,but the 9E heavy-duty gas turbine cannot be retrofitted due to space constraints.In order to improve this problem of the 9E unit,the international leading company adopted the filter outsourcing pre-filter wrap for the coarse filtration.The scheme uses pre-filter wrap to block large particles and poplar,catkins,etc.on the surface,reducing the pollution degree of the main filter and the speed of resistance increase,and at the same time,maintaining the main filter element relatively clean by replacing the inexpensive pre-filter wrap,to achieve the purpose of extending the service life of the main filter element.The effects of different pre-filter wrap and filter cartridges vary widely and are environmentally relevant.In order to clarify how to combine the pre-filter wrap and the filter element to meet the life requirement under different environments,it is necessary to carry out experimental research on the influence relationship between the pre-filter wrap and the filter element according to the characteristics of the pollutants in the typical environment.Form a guide to real applications.In this paper,the experimental scheme of micro-filter is firstly designed,so that the experimental parameters are close to the actual application parameters.Then the influence of pre-filter wrap on the filtration performance of the two main filters is studied,and then the dry ash and mixed dust are studied.The influence of the two kinds of pre-filter wrap on the filtration performance of the main filter element,and finally the advice and suggestions on the use of the pre-filter wrap and the main filter media are given in combination with the application of the pre-filter wrap in the actual power plant.The research content and main results of the thesis are as follows:1.Considering the experimental equipment and the actual use of the filter element parameters,the three structural unit production schemes that can reflect the overall performance of the filter element are compared.Finally,the micro-filter manufacturing scheme that meets the experimental requirements of this paper is determined: 55 mm pleat height,26 pleats,2 rubber edges fixed pleat spacing,airtight cardboard lateral sealing,polyurethane foam peripheral sealing.2.The influence of pre-filter wrap on the filtration performance of the main filter.When loading mixed dust,the M5 pre-filter wrap dust holding capacity of the meltblown and electrospun medias is 2-3 times of the dust holding capacity of the single filter,and the dust holding capacity of the meltblown filter element is 6-7 times than the electrospun filter,so the pre-filter wrap can significantly improve the dust holding capacity of the filter element,and the meltblown media has better dust holding performance than the electrospun media for the mixed dust.3.The influence of pre-filter wrap efficiency on the filtration performance of the main filter.Regardless of solid ash or mixed dust,both G4 and M5 pre-filter wrap can significantly improve the total dust holding capacity of the filter.The effect of G4 pre-filter wrap is better than that of M5 pre-filter wrap when loading solid ash.The effect of M5 pre-filter wrap is better than that of G4 pre-filter wrap when loading mixed dust.4.The practical application shows that the package pre-filter wrap can extend the service life of the filter element nearly doubled.In the combination with the filter element,the meltblown media is superior to the electrospun media. |
