With the rapid increase of GDP,the quality of people’s life has gradually improved.As an indispensable electrical appliance,air conditioners are not only used in households,but also in residences,food factories,and grain storage warehouses.Therefore,the requirements for intelligent and informatization of air conditioners are gradually increasing,and it is necessary to further improve the flexibility of control,the convenience of information feedback,and the diversification of monitoring information.For the above scenarios,the intelligent measurement and control corresponding to the air conditioner is of great significance to ensure the safety of agriculture,industry,and home.The traditional air conditioning measurement and control system has the following three problems:the monitoring method is single,and there is a problem that the monitoring method cannot be flexibly switched in different occasions;the environmental monitoring parameters are not comprehensive enough to cause safety problems,such as gas leakage when there is no one in the room,and there is a lack of reminders for users at home.Equipment for emergencies;the control method of air conditioners is cumbersome,and there is a problem that vulnerable groups cannot easily and quickly control air conditioners.According to the analysis of the above problems of traditional air conditioners,the development of an intelligent air conditioner measurement and control system is conducive to the realization of efficient,digital and intelligent air conditioners,and has extremely high market application value.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)In view of the single monitoring method of the current intelligent air-conditioning system,insufficient environmental monitoring parameters,and complicated control methods,an embedded measurement and control subsystem that supports both Bluetooth connection and networking is designed.The embedded measurement and control subsystem is equipped with an embedded main control module,an environmental monitoring module,a voice recognition module,a Bluetooth module,a WIFI module,an alarm module,a camera module,and the like.The environmental monitoring module collects data such as indoor air temperature and humidity,CO gas concentration,CO2gas concentration,and O2gas concentration;the main control module issues commands such as temperature adjustment,wind speed adjustment,humidity adjustment,and fresh air replacement to the air conditioner by analyzing the data;voice The recognition module has the functions of wake-up,control,assistance,and recommendation.The wake-up function means that the user wakes up the air conditioner in standby state through voice and the air conditioner responds.The control function means that the user can control the air conditioner through simple voice commands,such as switching on and off,temperature setting,mode setting,scanning.Wind setting,etc.The auxiliary function includes the user controlling the volume of the air conditioner and the display brightness of the air conditioner through voice input.The recommendation function is that after the user consults the air conditioner for temperature setting suggestions,the system will give feedback in time;the function of the camera module is to turn on the environment when there is no one in the room.Safe monitoring;the Bluetooth module provides a local data interface,and the user’s mobile phone realizes point-to-point direct connection,real-time control of air conditioners,and real-time access to air conditioner status information.(2)In order to solve the problem that the disadvantaged groups cannot easily and quickly control the air conditioner,this paper uses the voice recognition and speech synthesis technology to add the voice recognition function to the Android mobile phone application software,and realizes the dialogue response to the control command issued by the air conditioner.Among them,the problem of the decrease of speech recognition rate caused by easy mixing is improved by fuzzy matching algorithm in this paper.In order to realize local monitoring and remote monitoring of smart air conditioners,an Android client mobile phone application is designed and implemented.The Android client mobile phone application has functions such as viewing real-time data,querying historical information,issuing control instructions,user registration and login,automatic input and modification of device information,and receiving alarms.(3)For the current large granaries,food processing plants,residences and other places,a large amount of CO and CO2gas will be generated due to the sealed environment,fire,and respiration.The indoor concentration of these gases will cause life safety problems for people.The CO and CO2gases collected by the system are comprehensively evaluated by fuzzy evaluation method.If the air quality level result exceeds the safe value,the Android client software will automatically prompt an alarm message to remind the user to take measures to reduce the concentration of indoor air pollutants and ensure the safety of life and property.To sum up,the intelligent air conditioning measurement and control system designed in this paper is composed of an embedded measurement and control subsystem,a server and an Android client.Accurate monitoring of air conditioners is of special significance to the indoor safety of storage environments.
