Recent years,More and more people participate into the study about technology ofDCS.In our country there have been some successful projects of district cooling,but forsome projects,cold price is too high and the cost is too great because of excessivecooling load forecasting,unreasonable choice about chillers,etc.Therefore, the study ofthese factors of district cooling technology becomes necessary.Firstly,because the flow of people is very important to the Load forecasting ofregional architecture,propose dynamic body cooling load.And propose a method that ismore suitable for regional building cooling load forecasting.The principle of the methodis using DeST building energy simulation software to forecast various regionalbuildings’annual hourly cooling load,then superimpose hourly load forecasting results.Secondly,studied the large temperature difference cooling effect on the thermalperformance of the terminal equipment,with larger temperature difference,capacity ofthe dehumidifier and removing heat of terminal equipment becomes smaller.But lowersupplied water temperature can mitigate this impact.Thirdly, studied energy consumption of district cooling systems different fromGeneral air conditioning systems,Including research on the effects of chiller energyconsumption because of large temperature difference,research on the impact ofsecondary chilled water pump energy consumption because of large temperaturedifference,research on cooling loss of chilled water of secondary transmission anddistribution network in district cooling system.Fourthly,according to the research of district cooling system energy consumption,inthe case of the principle of minimum energy consumption,established optimizationmodel of optimal cooling temperature and the temperature difference.Then, accomplished the economic evaluation of district cooling system,established a economic evaluation model of the best cooling temperature difference andthe best cooling distance by the minimum annual cost method.Finally,studied the district cooling system of Chongqing Jiangbei CBDheadquarters economic zone for the actual case,obtained that optimum Supplied watertemperature is5℃,the best return water temperature is8℃and the optimal coolingdistance is3300m. Also got the impact on unit capacity cost of load density of the DCSis greater than the return water temperature.
