In the machining manufacturing,with the improvement of machining accuracy,the requirements for measurement accuracy are also improved.Therefore,the research on geometric error measurement has become an important research direction.The parallelism of the guide rail is one of the difficultiesIn this paper,a method for measuring the parallelism of the guide rail based on the linear reference of the non-diffracting light space is proposed with reference to the flatness measurement method.In this method,Rail Parallelism Measurement System is designed and developed to use the non-diffracting light reference emitted by the non-diffracting light datum generator as the spatial linear reference.The basic measurement principle of the instrument is as follows: the non-diffracting light reference is used as the spatial linear reference,and the non-diffracting light reference image is taken by the front and rear camera of the pose detector,and the corresponding conversion matrix is calculated by the front and rear camera images,and finally the data information of measurement points is obtained by the relevant data algorithm.All measurement sections and all measurement points are measured to obtain all measurement data,combined with the relevant evaluation algorithms to achieve precise measurement of flatness or parallelism of the guide rail.The instrument has a simple structure,high measurement accuracy,can measure flatness,and can measure the straightness and parallelism of the guide rail.In this paper,the measurement scheme is determined according to the measurement requirements of the flatness of the flat plate and the parallelism of the guide rail and the characteristics of the measured object.In terms of hardware,detailed hardware design and optical path design were performed on Rail Parallelism Measurement System,and all the parts were processed,and the prototype assembly and related experimental tests were finally completed.According to the actual needs of the instrument,the corresponding coordinate system is defined and a complete mathematical model is established through the coordinate system.In terms of software,according to the mathematical model of the instrument and the error evaluation method and principle of flatness parallelism,the program framework and evaluation program are designed based on C++ programming language,which realizes the collection,storage,evaluation and result of the measurement data of the instrument.The output and other functions.Finally,this paper analyzes the main sources of error of Rail Parallelism Measurement System,and designs a calibration scheme and calibration experiment for the relevant parameters defined in the mathematical model for data conversion.The verification experiments were carried out on the existing guide rails and plates of the laboratory and the corresponding error evaluation results were obtained.Technical support is provided for the measurement accuracy of the entire measurement system as well as the reliability and stability of the measurement.
