In the context of entering the post-industrial era,major cities around the world are shifting from "production machines" to "consumption machines".In this process,the cultural industry has gradually become an important growth point to promote urban economic development.Accordingly,the cultural industrial park,which is the carrier of the cultural industry,has also attracted attention from all walks of life.At present,China's cultural industry parks are not only more and more numerous,but also more and more types.However,the academic circles pay less attention to this,and the classification research on various cultural industrial parks is also insufficient.As an important type of China's cultural industrial park,the suburban large-scale cultural industrial park has attracted the participation of power and capital due to its strong regional resource integration ability,regional economic driving ability and high return on investment profit.At the same time,culture is also special.The elements are involved.According to the theory of space production,the unique production mode must produce unique spatial types and social relationships.Therefore,China's suburban large-scale cultural industrial parks contain the types of space and social relations produced by the production mode of power,capital and culture,as well as the issue of space production.It is still unclear and further research is necessary.Based on the perspective of spatial production theory,this paper attempts to construct a theoretical framework for the spatial production of suburban large-scale cultural industrial parks with power,capital and culture,and takes the example of Qujiang New District in Xi'an as an example,which expands the application field of space production theory for the suburbs of China.The spatial production of large-scale cultural industrial parks provides explanations,and it can also provide some reference for the construction of largescale cultural industrial parks in suburbs of China.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Power,capital and culture jointly influence the space production of large-scale cultural industrial parks in suburbs.Power logic,capital logic,and cultural logic constitute the logic of space production in large-scale cultural industrial parks in China's suburbs.In terms of power,it is mainly government power,participating in space production for the purpose of promoting regional development or economic development,and maintaining social stability.The operational strategies include planning,development policy,and urban marketing.In terms of capital,in pursuit of high profit in the cultural industry and the added value of cultural symbols in commodities,the operational strategy is embodied in the "three-level capital cycle" process.In terms of culture,participation in space production stems from the imagination of people's consumption of cultural products and cultural symbols in the context of the transition to a consumer society.The forms of participation include the production of cultural products in the form of industrialization and the integration of cultural symbols into the production of urban material space..In the relationship between the three,power dominates space production,guides and regulates the participation of capital and culture.Capital is an important force of participation.At the same time,it actively seeks attachment and cooperation with power.Culture is in the position of being produced,but it is power and The core elements of capital support.(2)In the spatial production of Qujiang New District,the production characteristics of different stages and different spaces are different.During the initial exploration period(1993-2002),power was expressed in dependence on capital,and culture tried to enter space production.In the initial growth period(2003-2006),the performance of power constraints capital,the value of culture was excavated and officially entered space production.Accelerating the development period(2007-present),the performance of the rights and alliances,the value of culture is further enlarged.In the production of cultural industry space,government power participates in production through the direct investment of the subordinate development companies and the formulation of cultural industry support policies.The capital is mainly state-owned capital and private capital,and the culture is expressed as cultural products or cultural works.In the production results,cultural enterprises are "polarized" and cultural industries are "set but not group".In the production of cultural tourism space,capital is relatively restricted,and government power is manifested in the direct investment and spatial planning of state-owned enterprises under the subordinates.The culture is mainly embodied in the form of scenic spot construction.In the production results,the cultural tourism space has gradually become a "hotbed" of capital appreciation,and there is a crisis of alienation.In the space production of commercial service industry,government power is less involved,capital is mainly private capital and social capital,and culture is mainly embodied in the form of architectural landscape symbols and commercial cultural activities.In the production results,the spatial distribution of the commercial service industry is relatively unbalanced,and consumers show a certain confrontation to the consumption space.In the production of residential space,government power is also less involved,capital is mainly private capital,and cultural participation is not prominent.In the production results,there is a tendency for over-production in the living space,and at the same time,the differentiation of living spaces between different subjects.(3)In the space production of Qujiang New Area,power,capital and culture drive space production through different forms.First,government power drives space production through planning arrangements,development strategies,and urban marketing.Under the leadership of government power,the calendar plan of Qujiang New District has been well implemented,guiding space production.The transformation of three government development strategies has led to space production,and the "eyeball economy" created by urban marketing has promoted space production.Secondly,capital participation is reflected in the process of "three-level capital cycle".In the primary cycle,capital enters the field of cultural products such as cultural tourism,film and television performing arts,exhibition creativity,publishing media,etc.,and promotes the development of cultural industry in Qujiang New District.In the secondary cycle,capital has entered the production fields such as cultural tourism space,commercial service industry space and living space,and promoted the environmental development of Qujiang New Area.At present,the three-level cycle of capital has not yet occurred in Qujiang New District,and space production in related fields still relies mainly on government power.Finally,the culture is mainly embodied in the creation of cultural products and cultural attractions,cultural economic power and cultural symbols to create space to stimulate space consumption and promote space production.(4)Optimization proposals for space production in large-scale cultural industrial parks in suburbs.Space fairness,spatial justice,and the restoration of the authenticity of daily life should be the goal and ideal of space production in large-scale cultural industrial parks in suburbs.On this basis,this paper proposes the idea of adhering to the concept of space development of fairness and justice,formulating spatial planning based on actual needs,clarifying the social responsibility of various subjects,and setting the spatial production of four suburban large-scale cultural industrial parks for the spatial production of culture.
