Bus manufacturing enterprises are an important part of the automobile industry and play an indispensable role in the modern social transportation system.With the country's requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction and the implementation of the new energy vehicle strategy,the bus industry is also developing in the direction of new energy.However,in recent years,with the reduction of subsidies by the state and the improvement of the safety performance requirements of school buses,the sales volume of the bus industry has dropped significantly.Given that,the accurate analysis of the passenger car industry is to not only the appeal of business managers,but also the demands of all sectors of society and government departments.In order to analyze the operation status of the passenger car industry in depth,the primary task is to analyze the financial statements of the enterprise.However,the traditional financial analysis method does not take into account the non-financial factors of the enterprise and cannot meet the development needs of the enterprise.Under such a large environment,it is imperative to introduce the Harvard analysis framework as the financial analysis method for Z Company.In this context,this paper analyzes the representative Z bus company in the industry from a strategic perspective and uses the analysis method of Harvard analysis framework.Combine the company's strategic environment,accounting policies,financial data and outlook assessments to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the company.In the strategic analysis,through the PEST analysis,SWOT analysis,Porter's five-force model analysis,etc.,the company analyzes the macro environment of the company,and analyzes the company's accounting policies to conclude that the accounting information quality of Z Company meets the industry requirements.In terms of financial analysis,combined with the summary analysis of financial statements and the ratio analysis of specific financial data,along with other financial indicators,the company's financial data is analyzed to a more realistic operational situation,where the company's profitability,solvency,and operational capabilities are analyzed comprehensively and tangibly.In addition,through the introduction of another excellent enterprise in the industry for comparative analysis,the connotation of the financial situation of the enterprise is fully demonstrated to reflect the problems of Z Company in a deeper level.In terms of prospect analysis,we combined with the above strategy,accounting and financial analysis to conduct risk prediction and forecasting for Z Company.Finally,we evaluate and make recommendations on the financial status and development prospects of Z Company.It is concluded that Z Company has a good development prospect if it can fully grasp policy opportunities,improve its own innovation level,optimize business policies and financial control.
