In this paper,the overall structure of a deep-sea lander is designed,using finite element analysis software to carry out the static analysis of its structure,and carry out a dynamics analysis of deep-sea lander's water impact and collision process.The main content include:(1)Introduced the development history of deep-sea lander and its research status at home and abroad.(2)The whole structure of deep-sea lander is designed,selected the floating material,carry out static analysis and structural optimum design of important structures.And get the optimum combination of inner diameter and wall thickness of pressure vessel on the premise of meeting the requirements of the work.(3)Because deep-sea landers are affected by ocean currents on the surface of the sea after entering the water,dynamics simulation of this process is carried out by CFX software.Calculate the drag on the deep-sea lander,and based on the data obtained,calculated the displacement relative to the stationary ship after entering water,easy to facilitate the positioning of deep-sea landers and recovery.(4)Deep-sea landers collide with seabed sediments during bottom process,including two cases: one is collision with flexible sediments;the other is collision with a rigid body.Using LS-DYNA software to carry out dynamic simulation analysis of these two cases.Get the depth of subsidence of deep-sea Lander in flexible sediment and the magnitude of collision reaction force.Then according to the maximum collision reaction force obtained,get stress and strain analysis of frame structures,the results meet the design requirements.
