The car frame is the main bearing structure of the elevator car system.The safety of the car frame affects normal service of the elevator directly as well as passengers' safety.Therefore,the design of the car frame structure must ensure certain mechanical property.On the other hand,as a pure mechanical structure,the lightweight optimization of the car frame of elevator is of great benefit to cost control of elevator products.Firstly,it can reduce materials consumption of the car frame.Secondly,reducing the material of car frame also can reduce the load of the elevator traction and meet the national requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction.Therefore,it is very important to meet the demands for the design of the car frame.It has a certain practical significance to optimize the car frame structure.This paper which is based on the project "Finite element analysis of elevator mechanical components" of GR company,aims to analysize the mechanical performance of the GR's M elevator car frame and optimize its structure with the tool of Abaqus finite element analysis.Firstly,the mechanical analysis of the car frame under various static conditions is carried out by using the Abaqus-standard module,and the mechanical performance of the car frame under static load is evaluated.At the same time,the actual strain of static load is tested by the strain gauge and the results of test and FEA are in good agreement.Then,the dynamic models of safety gear braking?car squatting down and emergency braking are established.The dynamic performance of the car frame structure is studied by Abaqus-Explicit module.The stress and strain of dynamic conditions are tested by DH5908 wireless dynamic testing system and the results show that the dynamic finite element analysis of the car frame is reliable.Finally,the lightweight optimization of the elevator car frame is carried out under the condition of the normal use of the elevator with the method of discrete parameter optimization.
