Research And Development Of Cutting And Marking Equipment For Automotive Brake Hose

Automotive brake hose(also known as brake tube),is the parts used in the automotive brake system.It is also an important part of the total vehicle brake hose.The main function of automotive brake hose that it transfer the moving medium in the car braking ensures that the braking force is transferred to the car brake shoes or brake pliers to produce braking force.So that the braking is effective at any time.Hose cutting machine is the key equipment in enterprise production.The traditional manual cutting machine is of low efficiency and low accuracy and high labor intensity.It has become the bottleneck in production,which is needed to improve the degree of automation by changing the existing mode of production.The automatic cutting and marking equipment of automotive brake hose is developed in order to realize its automation in the production of automotive brake hose,The design process is based on 3D software(Siemens NX),adopting the methods of Top-Down design and modular design.Parameterization approach based on NX applies the whole stages in design process that include conceptual design,product layout,and detailed design.Aiming at the phenomenon of automobile brake hose sliding and elastic sliding in the process of transmission,the mechanical structure of feeding mechanism and length measuring mechanism are improved.And then the cutting precision of automobile brake hose is improved.The control system adopts PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)to realize automatic cutting and marking of automotive brake hose.The automatic cutting and marking equipment of automotive brake hose researched and development in this thesis,combines the mechanical devices and the control system to replace the manual operation.The equipment realizes the automatic cutting and marking line.So the productivity is increased.And then the quality of the process and production safety are improved.The design of the automatic cutting and marking equipment of automotive brake is of high precision,completely beyond the traditional production level.In addition,the design realizes modularity,which is easily expanded and program controlled.Finally,the design is of fine manufacturability and high reliability.
