Car as a common means of transport in China's automobile industry has never been more than 50 years,from small to large development,has become a complete industrial system.China's car production was started in the late 1980 s,in which more than 20 years of car production,vehicle manufacturing technology has been the weakness of domestic cars,and BIW is an important part of the car,is the carrier of the whole car parts,body welding quality has a direct impact on the accuracy of the assembly of vehicle parts.Therefore,the study automotive body in white welding quality control has important practical significance.BIW Welding,which comprises a frame,side wall,roof,floor and door and other parts of the body as one of the four assembly of the entire vehicle,the vehicle products has an important influence in the assembly,welding quality determines the quality of vehicle manufacturing.This paper is mainly to investigate the BIW Welding quality problems,mainly focus on the effect of welding process on body quality is discussed,and the Zotye Z200 BIW flux quality control as an example,detailed Zotye Z200 BIW Welding principle and method of quality control.This paper first BIW Welding theory are discussed and analyzed,the BIW Welding is a key process of manufacturing process in the body,the car body in white and other related concepts.From the point of view of the production process,the process structure and equipment composition of the welding production line of Z200 white body are analyzed.From the three aspects of dynamic resistance,standard parameters and welding process to analyze the influence of BIW Welding resistance spot welding,the welding current,time and electrode pressure,welding electrode diameter is an important parameter affecting the welding quality.Then,a welding station and frame from the welding production line,assembly size,welding parameters,welding quality,welding fixture,welding fixture and welding standard deviation of quality assurance quality control method for the comprehensive analysis and Research on the Zotye Z200 BIW Welding System and other aspects,find out the main points and defects produced in the process of repair the body in white welding,so as to ensure the whole body welding quality and meet customer demand performance.Finally,according to the requirements of the actual process,through comprehensive investigation,from BIW Welding comprehensive quality control effect,white body left front rail welding quality control effect and BIW geometry quality control effect of three aspects of BIW Welding Control Methods and measures to verify.First,the white body ftq steadily,and remained at about 95%,the successful completion of the expected target,and make the body comprehensive quality can effectively be controlled;second,the 5 test points of white body anatomy in the left front rail assembly dissolved nuclear diameter and thickness are reduced reach the requirements;third,the quality level of Zotye Z200 BIW joint strength quality NQST Point appearance quality and geometry of IQG into the average value of NQST = 0.51%,Point = 42,IQG = 0.42 / Taiwan / Taiwan Branch,visible Zotye Z200 BIW Welding quality has reached the international advanced level.In conclusion,this paper combines the actual project to carry out research on welding quality control of Zotye Z200 BIW,the Zotye Z200 BIW Welding quality can be effectively improved,can greatly reduce the manufacturing cost,bring huge economic benefits to the enterprise.
