With the continuous breakthrough of technical problems in the field of aerospace in China,the demand for rocket quality is also increasing.Rocket engine is the core of rocket power system,and solenoid valve is one of the important parts of rocket engine.The winding quality of enameled wire in solenoid valve directly determines the stability and reliability of the engine.At present,most of the winding of solenoid valve coils in rocket engines still relies on manual winding,which has low efficiency and high rejection rate.Generally,the winding layers of winding equipment are few and the tension fluctuation is large.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a coil winding system which can realize tension stabilization control.After analyzing the coil winding process,parameter requirements,motion trajectory and control algorithm of the solenoid valve,design and assemble a coil winding device consisting of the pay-off shaft structure,the cable module,the winding shaft structure and the tension buffer adjusting device.Synchronous control of multiple motors is realized by multi-motor deviation coupling cooperative control method based on STM32 board as control core.Through the planning of the module’s motion trajectory,the shifting process of each axis motor,the shifting node and the trigonometric acceleration/deceleration curve at each node are deduced,and build a hardware module for the coil winding automation equipment control system.Control and supervision of the entire winding process is accomplished by using feedback from tension sensors,external angle encoders,and servo motor encoders.At the same time,the PC software can display the tension,the line angle and the number of turns in real time,draw the corresponding curve and record the necessary data.By determining the accuracy of tension stability value and the zero-finding mode of the winding module,the tension control algorithm and key parameters of coil winding,the angle control algorithm of wire pressing,the position of the odd-even layer connection and the winding mode of coil edge,the optimal control combination scheme and parameter ratio are determined,and the technical requirements of coil winding are realized.Combined with the above situation,this thesis develop a rocket engine solenoid valve coil automatic winding equipment to realize automatic pay-off,automatic tension control,automatic tight line,automatic path planning,automatic winding,automatic counting of winding parameters,etc.Function,can be applied to a variety of types,multiple wire diameters rocket engine solenoid valve coil winding.At the same time,the upper computer software matched with the system is developed,which is convenient for workers to control and detect the winding condition of the coil in real time,and improve the coil winding efficiency,quality and reliability.
