In this paper,the heat transfer model and scheme optimization design of an integrated thermal management system for a supersonic vehicle are studied.Referring to the typical integrated thermal management system abroad,with fuel as the main heat sink and liquid evaporator as auxiliary heat sink,the hydraulic oil cooling,lubricating oil cooling and equipment cabin cooling systems are integrated in the fuel circulation cooling system.Research is carried out on the establishment of integrated heat management simulation model and the optimization design of integrated heat management system in order to optimize the heat control of the whole aircraft.The topic selection has important application value.In this paper,the heat source model of integrated heat management,heat transfer model of integrated heat management and heat control model of integrated heat management are analyzed respectively.On the basis of simplified assumptions,mathematical models of heat transfer components are established.Based on Flowmaster software,the simulation calculation of integrated heat management system under typical envelope is carried out and the flow and heat transfer process in thermal management system is systematically simulated.The characteristic of integrated heat management system is systematically analyzed.Taking the mass of insulating felt as the objective of optimization design and the linear sum of the mass of cooling fluid consumption in two sets of liquid evaporators as the objective of optimization design,the thickness of insulating felt and the working power of two sets of liquid evaporators as the variables of optimization design,and the upper limit of engine fuel temperature as the constraint condition,the mathematical model of optimization design of heat management system is established.Based on agent model technology and Isight design optimization platform,the optimization of integrated heat management scheme is explored.The result shows that the integrated thermal management system proposed in this paper can meet the requirements of integrated thermal management within the full envelope of flight mission.The objective function value of the agent model has less error with the result calculated by Flowmaster simulation.The agent model has a high degree of fitting,so the optimization work is feasible.The result of this study has reference significance for the design of integrated thermal management system.
