With its striking feature of high temperature and low pressure, theorganic heat transfer material is applied to industrial production, wherethe goods are heated indirectly. However,there are security incidentshappen frequently because of immature technology of thermal fluidheating. It's very important for the thermal fluid heating system in termsof Rational design, select, install and coordinate of major equipmentsin heat carrier heating system.Combined with energy saving, the main equipments in the heatcarrier heating system, which security incidents happen frequently areanalyzed. At the same time, some improvements measures for designand installation of all equipment are proposed in this paper.Expansion tank is one of equipments which incidents happenfrequently. The principal reason is the unreasonable design of its capacity.Through analysis of its role on the heating system, the capacity of theexpansion tank considered not only need to conform to protocol whichrequire the capacity is the 1.3 times of adjustment capacity but also needto plus the gas capacity and the liquid rising capacity which is caused bythe gas emissions. In the meantime, comparison with the capacityrequirements of cool oil replacement, choose the maximal capacity forthe capacity of the expansion tank.circulation pump is one of the high energy consumption equipments.The CFD fluid analysis is applied to simulate the two dimensionalimpressible flow field in circulation pump. discovered the flow fieldcharacter of the pump. The distribution of pressure and speed aboutvarious heat carrier under the same inlet velocity and the same heatcarrier under different inlet velocity are simulated. The results are that thedensity,viscosity and speed of fluid have great impact on pumpperformance. It needs to check the adjust circulation pump whenreplacement circulation pump or flow changes in system , ensureproduction and energy saving.The economical efficiency of organic heat transfer material heatingsystem is analized. Compared with other industrial heating systems, the organic heat transfer material heating system is more significanteconomic benefits. its energy-saving, environmental protection, safety,productivity contribution is more prominent , and its prospectsapplication is more broader.
