RV reducer is developed based on cycloid reducer,which is consists of the first stage involute planetary gear and the second cycloid gear,not only small size,light weight,wide transmission ratio,but also has strong carrying capacity,high rigidity,high precision,small hysteresis and high transmission efficiency.It is widely used in industrial robot,CNC machine tool,radar and other precision mechanical transmission field.With the German industry 4.0 and Chinese manufacturing 2025,the rapid development of the domestic robot industry,the demand for RV reducer is growing,but the performance of domestic RV reducer compared with imported,there are still noisy,short life And so on,it is very important to analyze the dynamic characteristics and the experimental research.Based on the working principle and characteristics of the RV reducer,analyzed the transmission process of the system and the stress of the main components.By using the conversion mechanism method and the graphic method,calculated the transmission ratio of the system.Based on the concentrated mass method,established the dynamics model with N planetary wheels,and deduced the dynamic equatio.The equation can be changed appropriately to obtain the dynamic equation which takes into account the factors such as damping and error.Established the three-dimensional model of RV-40 E reducer by using Pro/E,and completed the virtual assembly.Then imported the model into ADAMS for virtual simulation.Under no load and load,obtained the angular velocity and angular acceleration of each component of the system.The comparison between the simulation data and the theoretical calculation shows that the model is accurate.By analyzing the X,Z direction and the resultant force of the needle teeth,studied the law of the force between the cycloidal gear and the pin tooth,analyzed the vibration of system by the influence of the load.Finally,Overview the traditional description and research model of the clearance hinge.analyzed the advantage of Lankarani & Nikravesh improved contact force model.Studied the contact impact of different components in the RV transmission system under different crankshaft and bearing hinges.Analyzed the influence of the clearance on the dynamic characteristics of the system in ADAMS.The results show that it has important theoretical guidance and practical value on the domestic design and manufacture of the RV reducer.
