With the rapid development of global economy and improvement of human being living condition,the demand for energy is increasing world-widely.Therefore,all kinds of non-renewable resources are wasted a lot,and the environment and energy challenge are highlighted.Building construction,where the people have important activities in modern city life,is one of the primary energy consumption entity.Modern architecture has made a great improvement in exterior structural construction and diversity.However,in terms of energy usage efficiency,it is still very low with its extensive and chaotic management.This is the far away from our current advocacy of "green,low-carbon,environmentally friendly " concept.In this context,this paper develops a comprehensive intelligent building energy consumption monitoring and analysis system for a single building and building group.It is used to have accurate timely complete energy consumption information,energy consumption variation,energy effects and energy saving potential capability.Based on these energy consumption data and related energy efficiency analysis,the system is able to provide reference data for the saving energy capability of the whole cluster of buildings or a single building.This paper includes the following specific research and development work:Firstly,according to the consumption characteristics of our country's large public buildings,government organizations and institutions,after analyzing the system requirements,the building energy consumption monitoring system functions and business processes are defined;use case model for system function is built.Meanwhile,the following nonfunctional requirements: performance,reliability,security,usability,and scalability are defined.Secondly,by using Browser/Server model as system architecture design,the whole system includes a display layer,application layer,data layer and system layer,in addition it has standards system,security system as logical structure.Then entity-relationship diagram is designed in database system.Then 5 key technologies of the system are studied: data validation algorithm of the metering device and balance checking algorithm of the result data;from the energy efficiency of the unit power equipment and integrated multi-power equipment aspects to analyze,a set of methods to assess the energy efficiency of electrical energy is studied and put forward.After studying the algorithm of system energy usage statistics and energy consumption efficiency,a charge load forecasting model based on multiple regression analysis method is proposed and created.A system energy analysis model is studied and created.And operation optimization strategy method based on the device characteristics and the use of law of equipment characteristic is studied.The data communication method based on Web Service technology is studied and implemented.Thirdly,by using Microsoft Visual Studio.NET as a development platform,ORACLE 11 g as database,Microsoft Silverlight technology as the front end development technology,energy data collection classification,status monitoring,abnormal warning,statistical analysis,and charts illustration and maintenance management are designed and implemented.And the class diagram and sequence diagram of each core modules are listed as well.Finally,the system has been tested at the functional level,reliability level and performance level.Test process covers all use cases and business rules,during the process I found a small amount of defects and corrected them.The test process proves that the system is met with all the indicators of the system requirements.It is accomplished the expectation of the system.After passing the test process,this paper takes China Electric Power Research Institute simulation building as the sample to carry out the demonstration of the system.The demonstration realizes real-time acquisition and energy consumption monitoring throughout more than 140 simulation data points,this helps the building manager have a reference data about the whole building energy usage.
