In recent years,with the rising of the raw water supplying in the city water service industry,which size of its impact permeated to all aspects of the country and scale is bigger and bigger.This article is mainly based on automatic control system of the raw water pumping stations,In order to promote the equipment reliability ?the operation of intelligence?the convenience of communication,we've taken the following measures:The control system of water pumping station adopts the Rockwell three –layer network construction,namely devices layer?control layer and the information layer.The whole PLC system adopts redundancy design on hardware and software to improve the stability of the entire system.Besides on the operation mode on the PLC system and equipment itself,the system also is equipped with a professional emergency operation mode.Because of independence of PLC system,the operation mode can switch to the emergency operation,to ensure that the basic system function can running,such as some kinds of basic operation and monitoring.In the process of the PLC system design,as much as possible to ensure the equipment running in good condition by a comprehensive starting condition.Through temperature,vibration and other kinds of sensors to monitor the real-time running condition on pump operation.The discussion of this topic can enhance the level of the automation technology to realize the goal of building a less unattended operation pumping station and reduce unnecessary manual operation,so that the large pumping station can be improved by the management level,project economic benefit and social benefit.
