| In recent years,Customer Relationship Management has aroused increasingly attention in China.However,due to the large difference between companies in sales practice and process,every CRM implement project is a software developing(secondary developing)project.In such software developing projects,the project costs directly depends on the human resource cost,so the project schedule is closely related to the cost and the success rate.The out of control schedule is one of the most common reason for cost excess,low quality and project failure.In order to solve the schedule control difficulties in such projects,this paper studied a typical CRM project bases on Network Planning Technology and Earned Value Analysis.This thesis studied the project planning and controlling workflow such as WBS,Earned Value Analysis,Progress Plan Check,Dynamic Schedule Control,Project Change Process,Duration Adjustment Method and Project Extension Process.The research focuses on the operation flow of the project planning and schedule control,and introduces the visualization tools such as the time-scale network diagram and the banana curve method according to the practice and visualization needs.In addition,this thesis analyzes the causes of project changes,and put forward targeted responses.As a summary,this thesis gives a set of solutions to provide a strong guarantee for enterprise projects delivery on schedule,given a reference for schedule planning and controlling in CRM customization project. |
