The thesis research brake caliper for electric multiple unit.The goal is to achieve equal replacement on imported brake caliper,fill the domestic blank.The key problem of this thesis is to solve the problem of the insufficient structure strength and design space,when using the old caliper technology of our company to replace the imported caliper.Based on the research and analysis of the existing brake caliper structure,this paper puts forward a new design scheme for the caliper localization project.By means of the optimization design theory,response surface analysis method and the experimental design method,fusion of ANSYS optimization design module of the parametric modeling method,focus on improving the strength of the part through the design calculation,complete the design and development of the product and the sample development work.By comparing the experimental result proves that the indicators have reached the level of imported brake caliper,and achieved the goal of the replacement of imported products. |
