With the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s living standards and quality of life have been greatly improved,and tourism has gradually become a fashion,while highway construction has provided more convenience for tourism and promoted the development of tourism.Local economy can rely on its own powerful resources to develop the tourism market,and with the help of highway construction,develop tourism vigorously,thus promoting the development of local economyCounty Highway refers to the main road with political and economic significance at County level and County level,connecting the County town with the main township(town)within the County.In qiqihaer city prefecture county highway network planning,scientific planning and the role of each county roads,play importance each county roads,effective connected the various tourist attractions,for a more scientific and reasonable protection and development of qiqihaer city ecological tourism resources,construction of qiqihaer city tourism economic circle is of great significance and far-reaching influence.Based on the author’s work practice over the years,this paper makes the following research on the planning of the road network in qiqihar county:(1)according to the proposed project location and project influence area industrial structure,productivity layout,network structure and the factors such as traffic distribution characteristics,based on existing administrative divisions project influence area,divide traffic village,through four phases method to calculate the traffic demand forecast,after investigating economic society and the present situation of traffic information collection,through the analysis of economic and social development and transportation,the correlation between the passenger and cargo flow,flow characteristics,traffic survey data reference,highway passenger and cargo throughput and car ownership,in predicting future on the basis of economic development level,The future traffic generation and traffic distribution of the region are studied,and the normal growth trend traffic volume is calculated.At the same time,the induced traffic volume and transferred traffic volume of the affected area after the construction of the new highway is considered,and the future social traffic volume of each section of the planned road network is finally predicted.(2)the regional method is adopted to analyze the regional location of the county road network in qiqihar city,and the basic trend of the main skeleton of the highway network is obtained.Then,the node importance method is adopted for layout optimization,and the final layout scheme of the regional connected road network is obtained to achieve the optimal layout.
