The stability analysis of high slope is very important for the safety of the project. The conventional analysis methods include limit equilibrium method, limit analysis method, numerical analysis method, random probability analysis method and finite element intensity coefficient reduction method. This paper relies on the reconstruction and expansion project of No.55 highway in Cambodia. It selects three typical analysis points of deep excavation roads, selects the limit equilibrium method and the finite element strength coefficient reduction method for analysis and calculation, and calculates the stability analysis. The safety factor is used to guide the design of the reinforcement scheme. At the same time, the stability of the slope is analyzed by combining the real-time feedback during the construction process and the monitoring verification after the construction. The main research contents are as follows:1.Based on the data of on-site geological survey report, refer to the engineering practice in the project area, and formulate the classification height and platform setting of the slope.Calculate and analyze the limit balance method and the finite element strength coefficient reduction method to check the stability of the slope.;2.In combination with the climate, hydrology, geology and other conditions of the project, taking into account the factors of the rapid rainfall intensity during the rainy season, the reinforcement scheme is reasonably set,and the stability check after the reinforcement is strengthened by the finite element strength coefficient reduction method;3.Real-time feedback of on-site information during the construction process. From the occurrence of the collapse, the analysis is due to the fact that the slope is not timely protected after excavation. At the same time, due to short-term heavy rainfall, the size of the intercepting ditch is small, and the slope is drained.Due to factors such as poorness, the design plan should be adjusted in time to avoid further loss of sliding;4.After the slope construction is completed, the horizontal displacement and settlement value of the slope are regularly monitored. With the passage of time, the horizontal displacement value and settlement value are gradually reduced, and the conclusion that the slope gradually becomes stable is obtained. After the research of the project, aiming at the characteristics of the Cambodian project,a plan to increase the wide platform and strengthen the bolt(cable)support was proposed for the deep cut roadside slope. The basic framework for similar projects was established and more targeted.Sexual design scheme, while ensuring safety, effectively control engineering cost. The research results can provide theoretical support for deep excavation roads in the same geological conditions and climatic conditions, and can also provide practical guidance for the construction of high slopes.
