Milling machine is one of the key equipment in asphalt pavement maintenance engineering,which is widely used for large-scale removal of asphalt pavement materials.Leveling system is an important part of the milling machine,its performance directly affects the planning smoothness,and then affects the road quality.Or the amount of asphalt mixture required to correct the flatness when repaving.The paper based on the analysis of the research status of asphalt pavement milling machine at home and abroad,which studies the structure,working principle and kinematics law of the pavement milling plane leveling system.It designs the pavement milling machine leveling hydraulic system,and completes the calculation and selection of main components.This paper analyzes the working principle of the leveling system of the milling machine with side slide method,ultrasonic method,multi-sensor method and laser screwing method.The paper points out the problems existing in leveling control of the road surface milling machine with side slide method using the original road surface as the datum surface,and proposes a screwing control method of the road surface milling machine based on the angle control between the frame and the horizontal plane.AMESim software is chosen as the simulation platform.Comparative analysis of milling machine milling slope,elevation sinusoidal alternating and steep slope pavement road surface,no leveling and leveling use skateboard leveling,side angle control mode,the original road surface elevation changes in milling road approach law of repetition.The paper affirm the leveling control method in the road milling machine milling elevation changes slowly and low frequency alternating the role of the pavement,and the quick change and high frequency alternating pavement milling planer elevation of deficiencies.It is concluded that the same case,inclination of leveling control method is superior to the conclusion of side slide leveling control method.
