As an emerging green building construction system,container house has great advantages and potentials in construction efficiency,investment cost,mobility and recyclability.It is widely used in emergency building,residential building,commercial building,cultural and creative building,hotel building and office building.However,due to the poor thermal insulation of the external protection structure,the indoor thermal environment of the container house is very hot in summer and cold in winter,and the energy consumption is huge.Therefore,research on thermal insulation measures of container house can not only improve its indoor thermal environment,but also reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning,which is of great significance for building energy conservation.In the south of China,has long summer and short winter,the summer climate is high temperature and high humidity and abundant precipitation.The passive evaporation and cooling of water-containing porous materials can make full use of the rain water resources and have climatic advantages.Ceramsite porous lightweight,corrosion resistance,weather resistance and other characteristics,this paper takes moist ceramsite as container housing surface evaporative cooling material,studies its bare evaporation and shade of container house interior cooling and energy saving effect,think container house to improve indoor thermal environment and air conditioning energy conservation and to provide a reference,made the following main aspects.Firstly,built three full-size container experiment rooms,test and investigate the indoor thermal environment of the container house in summer with or without thermal insulation measures.The results show that:(1)The thermal characteristics of the three rooms without thermal insulation are consistent,which can be used for comparative experiments;(2)In the absence of thermal insulation measures,the container house has a high indoor temperature in summer,poor thermal comfort,high energy consumption of air conditioning,and cannot achieve indoor air comfort requirements through air conditioning refrigeration;(3)Use phenolic board insulation measures didn't improving indoor thermal environment,while container house without air conditioning;But in the open air conditioning,energy consumption was lower than the container house without insulation,and indoor temperature stability at 25? or so throughout the day.Secondly,the influences of different thickness of moist ceramsite on evaporation rate and bottom temperature were tested outdoors.The results show that:(1)The bottom temperature can be significantly reduced by evaporative cooling of moist ceramsite;(2)The thickness of the ceramsite affects the duration of the evaporation cooling effect of the ceramsite,and the evaporation duration with large thickness is longer;(3)Under the condition that the ceramsite specimen contains liquid water,its thickness has little influence on the bottom temperature.Thirdly,the evaporative cooling and energy saving effects of exposed ceramsite were tested by placing the suitable thickness of moist ceramsite on the surface of these two containers.The results show that:(1)The roof water evaporation ceramsite nudity can reduce indoor daily highest temperature 2? without air conditioning;(2)The exposed evaporation of moist ceramsite on the roof is about 6.1% more energy saving than that of the common container roof under the condition of opening air conditioner.Finally,ventilation shading board is installed above the moist ceramsite to test the influence of roof moist ceramsite shading evaporation on the indoor thermal environment and power consumption of air conditioning in container rooms.The results show that:(1)Roof moist ceramsite shading evaporation compared with bare evaporation,indoor daily highest temperature lower 0.9? or so;(2)Under the condition of open air conditioning,the energy consumption of air conditioning in the experimental room with moist ceramsite shading evaporation on the roof was about 4.1% lower than that in the experimental room with moist ceramsite bare evaporation on the roof.(3)During the experiment,the moisture evaporation of moist ceramsite shading evaporating roof was about 38% less than that of bare evaporating roof.
