Research On The Office Space Optimized Design Of Typical Floor In High-rise Building

With the rapid development of the social economy,the number of high-rise building is increasing day by day,the relationship between the typical floor office space and the public is getting closer,and the quality of its space is gradually attracting everyone’s attention.At present,the related research of architecture mainly focuses on the planar design of the typical floor,the planar design of the core tube and the efficiency design.The research and attention on the typical floor office space with the highest usage rate is quite scarce.The lack of attention of architects to the standard-level office space and the lack of understanding of the structure,interior design,and equipment profession have led to many problems in the quality and use of office space.At the same time,with the development of the times,office workers have also created new demands for the use of office space.First of all,through the methods of field research,data collection and questionnaire survey,this paper finds that there is a general lack of clearance in the standard office space,the need for space integrity to be improved,insufficient functional configuration,insufficient spatial organization flexibility and indoor light environment and air quality.The main five questions are good.Then enter the optimization design stage,and believe that optimizing the typical floor space design of high-rise buildings is an inevitable choice to improve space comfort and experience,and improve economics,which is in line with the requirements of sustainable development.Then it analyzes the crux of the problems existing in the typical office space of skyscrapers in China,and proposes the objectives and principles of the optimal design of office space in the standard building of skyscrapers.Then analyze the influencing factors and propose the optimization design points for the five questions raised in the previous paper.For the problem of insufficient clearance height,it can be improved by optimizing structural design and equipment selection and organization;by optimizing the layout of core and office space,structure and arrangement of column network,the integrity of office space can be improved;Organizational form to enhance the functional combination of office space can effectively solve the problem of insufficient functional configuration of standard-level office space;insufficient spatial organization flexibility can be solved by improving the adaptability of equipment organization to space,partition and furniture flexibility;The “Heng Illumination” lighting mode,double-layer breathing curtain wall and the method of creating “cold lane” can effectively improve the indoor light environment and air environment of the standard floor office space.Then it puts forward the development trend of the typical floor office space of skyscrapers and summarizes the optimization design strategy of the skyscrapers typical floor office space of the two major sections of architecture and interior design.At the same time,it is proposed that the technical means of assembly decoration and BIM should be adopted to improve the quality of the typical floor office space of high-rise buildings from design to construction.This paper summarizes a set of optimization design strategies that users can flexibly select and apply based on specific issues and situations.
