Research On Micro-renovation Of Traditional Blocks Under The Background Of Cultural And Creative Industries

As China’s urban construction enters the stock era from the incremental era,the concept of urban development shifts from pursuing efficiency to emphasizing connotation.The protection and development of traditional blocks has become an increasingly concerned issue of all walks of life.At present,traditional blocks face development difficulties such as the decline of traditional industries,complex property rights,and the collapse of buildings.With the introduction of the traditional micro-renovation model and the rise of the cultural and creative industries,and the relevant national policies to encourage the combination of the two,major cities in China have begun to develop culture in themicro-renovation of traditional neighborhoods in order to break through the difficulties of traditional neighborhood development and respond to national policies.In the creative industry,many practices have achieved certain results,but there are also many controversies.Therefore,this paper studies the combination of traditional blocks micro-renovation and cultural creative industries.First of all,through the definition of relevant concepts and research objects,this paper sorts out relevant theories and practices at home and abroad,clarifies the research objectives and significance,and establishes the research framework.Then it studies and analyzes the micro-renovation mode of traditional blocks and the space requirements of cultural and creative industries.From the correlation between the two and the realistic background of the combination,the feasibility of the combination of the two is derived,and the interaction between the two is analyzed and the development vision of the combination of the two is pointed out.Furthermore,three representative cases are selected from the existing practice cases in China,namely,Dashilan Yangmeizhu Xiejie,Shanghai Taikang Road Tianzifang and Guangzhou Enning Road Yongqingfang as the object of empirical research,from the basic conditions and the update practice analyzes it and then analyzes the practical effects of the three blocks.Through the field research,interviews,questionnaires and literature research,it analyzes the problems and internal reasons of the traditional street micro-renovation under the background of cultural and creative industries.Finally,this paper rethinks the problem of the combination of micro-renovation and cultural creation industry,and combines the relevant excellent case practice at home and abroad to propose optimization ideas from the aspects of perfecting space design and improving support mechanism.In order to provide reference for the research and practice of micro-renovation of relevant traditional neighborhoods in China.
