High voltage gain topologies are widely used in industrial applications,such as new energy generation systems,electric vehicles,uninterruptible power supply and xenon high intensity discharge.The application of different voltage-boosting cells(such as switched capacitor,switched inductor,cascaded multistage and coupled inductor)to the commonly used boost converters(such as boost converter,Z-Source inverter and dual-switches boost converter)is the most direct method to construct high voltage gain topologies.However,these voltage-boosting cells have some limitations,e.g.switched capacitor suffers from the extreme instantaneous currents of capacitor,the magnetic components of switched inductor and coupled inductor lead to a bulky circuit,and the coupled inductor also needs to recycle the leakage energy,and the efficiency of the multi-stage cascaded topologies is low.Therefore,the search for a new type of voltage-boosting cell has become one of the hot spots.Switch boost inverter is an improved topology based on Z-Source inverter,based on the switched boost inverter,two active switched capacitor voltage-boosting cells are extracted and applied to the Z-Source inverter and the dualswitches boost converter,and a series of new high voltage gain topologies are obtained,including three types of embedded,external and hybrid.The main work done in this paper are as follows1.The principle and method of high voltage gain topologies are introduced,and the application of several common voltage-boosting cells in boost converter,Z-Source inverter and dual-switches boost converter is summarized.From the charge and discharge perspective of inductor and capacitor,the voltage-boosting principle is expounded in detail.2.Based on the operation principles of the switched boost inverter,two active switched capacitor voltage-boosting cells are extracted,and the advantages of the active switched capacitor cells are illustrated by comparison with several other common lifting cells and examples.3.Two kinds of active switched capacitor voltage lifting cells are applied to Z-Source inverter and dual-switches boost converter.A series of novel active switched capacitor high voltage gain topologies are obtained.The operating principle and characteristics of these topologies are analyzed,and the detailed performance comparison with other topologies is made.The advantages of topologies based on active switched capacitor are then shown.Finally,the simulation is carried out and the experimental prototype is built.The validity of the theoretical analysis is verified by the simulation and experimental results.The creativity of this thesis is that a series of new high voltage gain topologies are proposed based on the extracted active switched-capacitor cells.The method is of great significance for further constructing high voltage gain topologies research.
