Prefabricated assembly structure adopts factory mode to produce components and assemble them on site,which can fully embody the advantages of large-scale production and greatly improve the construction quality and speed.Reinforcement grouting sleeve connection technology is one of the key technologies for connection and assembly of prefabricated shear walls,which can ensure the integrity and reliability of the structure.Based on this background,the mechanical properties of the new grouting sleeve are studied.Combined with the comprehensive benefits of the new grouting sleeve technology,the applicability of connection technology applied to prefabricated shear walls is discussed,which is conducive to the use and promotion of prefabricated assembly structures and can provide assistance for the development of prefabricated buildings.The article systematically introduces and summarizes the existing reinforcement grouting sleeve connection technology from the perspective of engineering application and mechanical performance,proposes a new type of grouting steel sleeve(dry grouting sleeve),and studies the feasibility and structural performance of the sleeve through experiments.The structural performance of 18 new grouting deformation sleeve joints of 3 specifications under the action of one-way tension was tested.Through the test phenomenon,the internal compactness of grouting sleeve was detected,the failure modes of dry grouting sleeve were summarized,and the mechanical performance indexes affecting the sleeve were analyzed and determined.According to the test data,the strain distribution on the sleeve surface is measured and analyzed,and the variation rule of the sleeve strain with the distance of the anchoring end under the action of unidirectional tensile force is summarized.The applicability of the new grouting sleeve is determined in accordance with the type inspection requirements of Class I joints in Technical Specification for Mechanical Connection of Reinforcement(JGJ 107-2016)and in combination with the measured values of ultimate bearing capacity and residual deformation in the test data.This paper analyzes the comprehensive benefits of dry sleeve connection of prefabricated shear wall from three aspects of construction technology,technical economy and environmental benefits,and studies the popularization of technology.Dry grouting sleeve has the characteristics of good mechanical properties,simple construction technology and good technical and economic performance.The development and research of its technology can provide new technical ideas for the development of connection technology of assembled shear wall.Through the research in this paper,it is expected to provide premise and basis for the research and application of this connection technology,provide reference for the application and optimization of construction technology,and contribute to the development of China’s construction industrialization.
