Earthquake is one of the most important natural disasters in our country.With the continuous development of economy,earthquake resistance of engineering structures is of great significance.Base isolation technology is one of the important means of engineering seismic resistance.The idea of base isolation is to set up a base isolation layer above the ground of the structure to separate it from the foundation in the consolidated foundation,thus limiting the transmission of ground motion to the structure.Although most isolation structures have been tested in earthquakes,the specific isolation effect and isolation capacity need to be further quantified.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the actual isolation performance of isolation structures.This paper summarizes the current research status of isolation effect analysis indicators and methods.On this basis,according to the actual drawings of the structure building,to establishe the model.Then the isolation effect and isolation performance are studied from two aspects,the mainly ideas of this paper are as follows:? This paper introduces the development and current situation of isolation technology,compares the advantages of base isolation technology with traditional seismic technology,and establishes a simple calculation model on the basis of understanding the composition and principle of isolation system,which is the basis of the subsequent structural finite element analysis;? Considering the actual situation,the pulsation method is selected to test the dynamic characteristics of the isolated building.The basic modes of the building are obtained by Fourier analysis after processing the data.The results show that the natural vibration period of the isolated building is obviously larger than that of the non-isolated building,which indicates that the natural vibration period of the structure is prolonged with limited isolation bearings;? Sap2000 software is used for finite element modeling and analysis of isolation building and non-isolation building.Three suitable seismic waves are selected according to site conditions for input,and several parameters are obtained to compare the isolation effect.The results show that the base shear of buildings with base isolation technology is 17.2%-20.7% of that of non-isolation buildings,and the top acceleration is only about 60% of that of non-isolation buildings,which indicates that the isolation bearing can effectively improve the seismic capacity of buildings and reduce the seismic response,and the inter-story displacement is 15.1% of that of non-isolation buildings.The structure shows the overall movement trend,which protects the weak components and internal equipment of the structure;? By adjusting the maximum amplitude of seismic wave,the seismic performance of the isolated building is studied.The results show that the building can be intact under 200 gal and 300 gal seismic waves,and some isolation bearings are damaged under 400 gal seismic waves.It can be predicted that the seismic isolation technology can effectively improve its seismic capacity,and the fortification standard of the upper structure can be reduced by about 1-2 degrees.In addition,through the change of displacement and internal force of the structure under earthquake response,the relatively weak parts of the structure are pointed out,and the effective and reasonable reinforcement and reconstruction suggestions are put forward.In this paper,the method of software modeling and simulation analysis is used to analyze the isolation performance of a specific isolation building.The characteristics of its force and deformation under the input earthquake motion and the magnitude of its seismic resistance are analyzed.It has reference value for similar projects in the future,and also has important significance for seismic fortification of isolated structures.
