With the rapid development of urban rail transit,economic and efficient shield tunneling has become one of the most commonly used excavation method of subway tunnel construction.And shield segment plays the most important role in shield construction.It can be not only the first but also a permanent lining of the shield tunnel.Traditionally,the design of shield segment is carried out through two-dimensional drawing,which will lead to many problems.Firstly,this design is not intuitive enough to express the information of the design object in a comprehensive way.Secondly,it is difficult to communicate the design purpose to the builder or manufacturer completely because of its limitation of the two-dimensional drawing.Last but not least,engineers transform two-dimensional information into three-dimensional information in the their brain,which can easily lead to deviation.Thus BIM(Building information Modeling)technology comes into being with the development of information technology.The 2016-2020 Outline of Construction Industry Informatization Development issued by the Ministry of National Housing and construction says the level of construction industry informatization should be comprehensively improve during "Thirteen-Five" period.This initiatives focuses on enhancing the integration application capabilities of BIM,Big data,intelligent,cloud computing and other information technologies,among which BIM technology is widely used in various projects in the construction industry with the strong support of our government.BIM has been relatively mature in the field of housing construction while it is still lagging behind in the field of subway tunnel development.Regarding to the problems that mentioned above,this paper summarizes and presents the status of researches on the BIM technology in the field of tunnels.On this paper,Revit+dynamo is selected as the parametric design software according to the characteristics of the pipe and the technical characteristics of the BIM platform.Then parametric design for segment can be implemented through the study of Revit+dynamo parametric design function and implementation method,the realization segment piece is found.Theories talked about are based on researches and analysis of Revit software and Dynamo plug-in where both the general assembly program and the fine segment assembly program in the preliminary design stage are written by using the Dynamo plug-in.Meanwhile,segment ring rebar model creation will be programmed.Furthermore,this thesis studies the application of parametric design technology of pipe piece in engineering through the engineering cases to verify the written program.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part consists of summaries on the BIM technology,its researching status in the field of tunnel and the study of Revit+dynamo parametric design function and implementation method.The second part presents the general segment creation program and the tunnel model creation program based on the tube model.The third part concentrates on the project cases where not only do the the correctness and feasibility of the program writing are proved but also the parametric design application is analyzed.The last one comes to the conclusion.That is the continuity of BIM technology is conductive to the whole life cycle in engineering.
