With China's outstanding performance in economic undertakings,China's high-speed railway industry has developed rapidly,and has achieved amazing results in the world.In particular,China continues to deepen reform and opening up,so China's high-speed railway has also been able to go abroad and go global.The overseas market share of China's high-speed rail is getting bigger and bigger,and China's high-speed rail has been welcomed by the world.Besides,as a postcard for China to the world,the high-speed rail has already entered the international markets of Europe,Asia and Africa.Especially in recent years,the generating and implementing of the national “Belt and Road”strategy has provided a more favorable opportunity for China's high-speed railway to go overseas.However,due to the different railway standards in each country,the train wheel treads are also different.Therefore,in the cooperation with foreign high-speed rail projects,there will be many problems caused by the wheel-rail matching relationship.In particular,with the increasing speed of high-speed railway vehicles,the matching relationship between the wheels and the tracks is also becoming higher and higher.Therefore,for China's high-speed railway to go abroad,it is of great strategic significance to study the dynamic performance of tread wheels with different parameters.This paper takes the domestic high-speed railway as the research object,and uses the Auto CAD software and the Wheel/Rail module in the SIMPACK railway professional simulation software to establish a standard wear-type wheel tread(LMA-type tread)model.Besides,by changing some parameters of the standard wheel tread,try to establish the wheel tread model with different parameters;by establishing the vehicle model with different parameter treads,try to analyze the difference of main dynamic performance between the high-speed vehicles with different parameter tread wheels and the high-speed vehicles with the standard wear-type LMA wheel tread.This will become a reference for China to study the wheel tread of high-speed railway vehicles in different countries in the future,and it is also of great significance to thedevelopment of China's high-speed rail in the global scope.The main contents of the paper are as follows:Stating the development of high-speed railway vehicles,the significance of high-speed railway development,the research results of wheel treads and existing problems.Explaining the main performance of high-speed vehicle dynamics and the calculation methods and extreme values ? ? of vehicle dynamics evaluation indicators.They lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent vehicle dynamics simulation and performance evaluation of the two wheel treads.Analyzing the design theory and design basis of each parameter in the wheel tread.Using comparative study to analyze the difference and relationship of the critical speed between the wheel tread vehicle with different parameters and the standard LMA wheel tread vehicle.According to the multi-body dynamics foundation and theory of the vehicle,the paper compares and simulates the main dynamic performance of the vehicles with different parameter treads and the standard LMA treads on the CHN60 orbit: stability and safety of the operating vehicle,and the ability of the operating vehicle to pass the curve.When the vehicles with different parameter treads are running on the straight line,because there is no lateral movement,the difference of the specific index parameters of the comfort of the vehicles with different parameter treads is small,and the passengers will feel comfortable;when the vehicle is running in the curve,because of the different matching degree between the wheel tread and the rail of different parameters,the lateral displacement of the wheel is obviously different.On the CHN60 rail,there are large differences between the vehicles with different parameter treads and the current standard LMA tread wheels in the lateral and longitudinal forces,but overall,they are far less than the minimum standard value of 170 KN in China;when the vehicles with different parameters are running on the track at 300km/h,the derailment coefficient of the vehicles with different parameters is obviously different from the LMA tread vehicle's,but it is also smaller than the EU UIC international standard and the national standard limit of 1.2.Therefore,vehicleoperating with different parameters is also safe.However,when considering a specific factor from the stability,safety and the ability of curve passing of the vehicle,the tiny change of the tread parameter is better than the LMA tread.Therefore,the paper makes the dynamic analysis of the tread surface of different parameters to pave the way for the design of the tread when it is necessary to consider the specific factors in the future.
